A2.     1.       Obtain a Degree/Major Change Form from the Registration Desk at Griz Central.

          4.       Return the form to the Registration Desk.

Q3.     How do I get advising help for the CFS?

A3.     Most students and their regular major advisor should be able to figure out the simple requirements for the CFS. We suggest that you download the CFS Checklist to help in figuring out which classes to take. For additional help you may contact any Anthropology advisor, especially Randall Skelton or Garry Kerr.

Q4.     How do I apply to receive the CFS after I have completed the required coursework?

A4.     Deadlines apply for submitting the proper form, depending on which semester you expect to complete the CFS. These deadlines are printed in the current Schedule of Courses book.

          1.       Obtain an “Application for Certificate” form from the Registration Desk at Griz Central.

          2.       Fill out the form. It’s similar to the form used for applying to graduate with a B.A. or B.S. degree.
